prims: 30000 (owner can lower it to 20000)
price:2000 USD or equal in linden  (selling price)

first region will be sold first 
if the buyer interested in both regions will have special offer (discount 3500 USD for both lands + a group of 600 interested people )

land build will be for the new owner to keep or change
