Currently has 1 established club on the property and the groups and copy builds will be left for new owner. Currently a combined 31 private parceled and public rentals available with about 50% occupancy. 

Club is: Crossroads Blues Front Porch Due to SL limitations, builds cannot be transferred but will leave the existing structures for new owner to replicate or replace Will add new owner to the groups as owner. 

Of course you are free to clear the sim if you desire.

Real life work time demands have pushed current owners to lack of time to manage the properties.

Sim name is Myrtle Beach City sim, you can change if you want or leave as is. No requirement to move or change name.

Tier is $209.00 due on the 18^th of each month.

Starting Bid Price is $L 500,000 and will end 10/15/20.  Buyer will pay the $300 US transfer Fee.

Bidding increments of $L10,000 only.

Will assist in in training new owner in use of equipment and passwords.

Bidding will be subject to immediate end should I determine the bid is adequate or will be extended at my discretion. I will post in forums if the auction is ended early or extended.
