Serenity Islands consists of 4 private stand-alone sims, broken up into a grouping of tropical islands.

The main sim has public areas with a clubhouse, dancing, beach and activities, including for families and children.
The remaining areas are residential.

PARCEL OPTIONS:

• Land - Parcel size is negotiable based on your needs, availability and the amount of prims you want.
• The sims are homesteads (low prim sims) to allow for extra large lots on the parcels in order to prevent lag or overcrowding and this also allows plenty of yard space and/or water for privacy and decor.
• Prims - Negotiable for your needs. Minimum of 250, maximum of 4000.

RENTALS INCLUDE:

•     Free skybox with any lot.
