I am selling a grandfathered region with 20K prim allowance.

I will be taking bids until Friday August 21st, and expect to initiate region transfer to the successful bidder over the weekend as our schedules permit.  Bids start at 1,000 USD, anything lower than that won't be considered.

Tier is $179 USD per month and the next payment is due September 2nd.

Transfer fee is $100 USD if you do not want to keep it grandfathered (meaning tier will increase to $229 per month) or $300 if you do want to keep it grandfathered.  This fee will be in addition to the bid amount. 

The region will need to be renamed and moved as part of the transfer.

Update:  I'm reading that apparently LL is forcing us to do these transfers in Linden dollars now, so we will need to convert the selling price to a linden amount at the transfer time.
