Hello Sherta. At first you don't need to create new topics. You can edit your posts (Options --> Edit), it is easier for everyone to watch all the answers. As i said to my previous answer ( http://community.secondlife.com/t5/Shopping/undelillivered-one-day-now/qaq-p/885989 ) , you must to opened your Order History located Dashboard --> Shopping --> Marketplace --> My Marketplace --> My account --> Order History. There you see under exactly the description: 1)The name of the product and 2)The name of the merchant - sold by.......
