Another brand new area within Acoustic Gardens has been created by the talented owners Xander Kappler and Lynne Lundquist.  We have released three homes, with a further 1 becoming available shortly. Each home has its own radio and uniquely comes with stabling for your horse!

 

Our Mulbury House was the first home to be released and it has been fully furnished for your immediate enjoyment.  You also have a large prim allowance.  (unfurnished is possible too)  This beautiful home has a large spacious room on the ground level, and kitchen leading to the stairway.  A beautiful bedroom is above with its own little reading nook.  All this and stable space for your precious pony at 575L per week with 400 prim.

Basswood House became available today and is unfurnished (furnishing can be arranged).  This beautiful home is situated at the top of the spacious area, looking down onto the pond and by the horseback trail.  Outdoor seating has been provided as well as a deck out the back.  Stable space is provided in the rental for 725L per week with 500 prim.

Lombardy Poplar House became available today and is unfurnished (furnishing can be arranged).  This large home is situated close to the stabling block so you can keep an eye on your pony!  It has a very large open plan feel with a mezzanine floor above.  Both areas include a fully working fire place to keep the chill out on cold days!  Outdoor seating has been provided and stable space for 875L per week with 600 prim.

 

All of the new homes have views of the fresh water stream or pond, outdoor seating and stabling has been provided to house your horse.  Some tracks are available around Acoustic Gardens to enjoy on horseback.  The Acoustic Group includes a variety of community activities ranging from stores, a music venue to a beautiful Italian Cafe, Self-Serve Restaurant and an automated Wedding Chapel.  Free to use and can be hired privately.  Plenty of dance balls are hidden in secluded spots for romantic moments with loved ones.  We hold regular events within the new Cafe for all to enjoy, or just to gather for a friendly chat with new neighbours and friends.
