A brand new area within Acoustic Gardens has been created by the talented owners Xander Kappler and Lynne Lundquist.  We have two beautiful cottages left. The first was snapped up! Each home has its own radio. Photos are below:-

Our Shoemakers Cottage is currently one of a kind within Acoustic Gardens coming fully furnished, ready to enjoy at 275 linden per week.  This includes a prim allowance of 100!  Brilliant value with no decorating involved.  It has a large spacious room on the ground level and a secluded bedroom above.  If, however you require a blank canvas, we are happy to remove the contents and allocate an extra 100 prim for personal usage, making the total 200 prim.

Daisy Cottage is visually perfect, made with one large airy room, incorporating a beautiful window seat to view the small waterfall and a built in cozy fireplace for distant cold days. A large bedroom area is situated at one end of the cottage.  This  lovely home is also 275 linden per week, but with an automatic 200 prim.  We can, if required, reverse the above and offer Daisy Cottage fully furnished for a reduction in your prims by 100.  

 

Both homes have views of the fresh water pond, outdoor seating and a small jetty is provided for residents use.  The Acoustic Group includes a variety of community activities ranging from stores, a music venue to a beautiful Italian Cafe, Self-Serve Restaurant and an automated Wedding Chapel.  Free to use and can be hired privately.  Plenty of dance balls are hidden in secluded spots for romantic moments with loved ones.  We hold regular events within the new Cafe for all to enjoy, or just to gather for a friendly chat with new neighbours and friends.
