I added 3 full perm vehicles and the big house  from the picture below, helicopter, car, motorcycle (all worth about 3000L - free for you!) so when you will get it , you will get them included free of charge in your purchase. They will arrive copy/mod in your inventory when you pick them up or leave them there (I can transfer a copy to you as well). 

Price is 4000 L, 351 prim, 1024m2, protected water so no one can block you and you can sail or boat to open water or on the river (all protected, linden owned so can't be built on).  I will only drop the price if you IM me alexkelsey.

Added new house - this one is no transfer but you can keep it on.  The full perm house/car/motorcycle/helicopter from other pics are still there and would be transferred to you on purchase copy/mod (not allowed to give it with transfer rights but can give it to you).
