Business Partner Wanted for a NEW Urban Sim

[Novel Popinjay]

We are currently looking for a partner to start up an urban sim with an emphasis on gathering creatives at a central hub. We want to offer rentals for both commercial and residential purposes, an event shopping destination, a central hub with contact information and resources of creatives who apply, and a few of the following amenities and resources:

- Main club/lounge
- Adults only club/strip club
- Radio Station/Record Shop 
- 24/7 Music stream (we would like to shed light on musicians/artists from SL who have music to share as well as having mainstream songs. We hope to find a way to stream songs on RL platforms such as Spotify, Tidal, Soundcloud, etc.)

We aim to have this sim be a haven for individuals to come together on SL and to have a way to come together in a communal manner. We are open to also offering services in the lane of music production, song writing, promotion and advertising, and even artist consultation. The right partner for us would be someone who shares the same passion for music and/or the urban communities of SL. We are comprised of a duo with an extensive history on the grid with experience in having our own sim, stores, building, graphic design, DJing, and all around entrepreneur mindsets. We, of course, also want to earn income and have a thriving business on SL.
