Greetings! Our beautifully crafted region is now offering 8 ground level homes prebuilt to match the setting of our landscape. Our parcel homes are on group owned land allowing for easy redistribution of resources for limit increases and decreases. We are also offering 2 remaining skyboxes situated over the main parcel. What do you get with each parcel home?

• Privacy - parcel privacy options have been enabled ensuring that others cannot just cam into your parcel to watch your listen to you. 
• Security Orbs - We Utilize CasperSafe with our rental boxes, each orb is configured to the parcel and helps keep your home safe. 
• Media/Music Control - You will have the ability to change your parcel media and music to suit your own wants and wishes. 
• 500LI Limit with the ability to increase - Since we set down the home and foliage none of this will count towards your prim count, allowing you to utilize more for decoration and furnishings to your liking. 
• Event hosting - want to host an event at the regions main venue? Tenants are not required to lease the venue, and are able to schedule their own events at our main hangout area and even get promotion assistance from our staff!
• Active staff to assist with any issue that might arise with your rental or on the region. No need to wait hours or days for a resolution to an issue. 

What does Each Skybox get?

• Security Orbs - We Utilize CasperSafe with our rental boxes, each orb is configured to the parcel and helps keep your home safe. 
• Event hosting - want to host an event at the regions main venue? Tenants are not required to lease the venue, and are able to schedule their own events at our main hangout area and even get promotion assistance from our staff!
• Active staff to assist with any issue that might arise with your rental or on the region. No need to wait hours or days for a resolution to an issue. 
• 500LI Limit with the ability to increase - You will be able to place down your own home, decorate your skybox as you choose, and even request for one of our ground houses to be used in your skybox with no impact on your prim count!

Parcel Home Costs: 900L$/week at 1.8L$ per prim

Skybox Home Costs: 700L$/weel at 1.4L$ per prim 

 

Region Info: 

• No Child Avatars within public venue areas - they are allowed in private homes as long as TOS and community standards are adhered to. 
• The region caters to adult communities and content meaning adult equipment and activity is allowed in any portion of the public venues 
• Magic Moon Forest utilizes high quality mesh in a simple and low lag fashion to create a warm welcoming environment for all visitors and tenants 
• Magic Moon hosts monthly events for tenants and visitors to the region to enjoy and participate in. 
• We offer community areas to allow you to get to know your neighbors, enjoy life outside of the home, and interact with region staff and management
• You can see all of the region by visiting Magic Moon Forest or by dialing Magic Moon from any ASN stargate.
