Great for use with another premium partner - donated our premium free tiers into a group and bought it for that group....

Have a look - was worth the price and we enjoyed that land... Surrounding area is mostly built beautiful ... we just blacklisted most of the stuff and had a nice homing island on that waterspace in front of the "real" terrain
