Hercynia is the residential adult rated sim adjacent to Transylvania.  Rate for this lot is 1000 prims for 1200L per week, the lot is approximately 40x40 meters.  Please read covenant for allowed house types on the ground, no restrictions for skyboxes.  As a renter you have control of media/music/ban/eject.  House that is presently on the lot is optional, you can put your own  house down if you wish. Sim is a planned landscaped community.
