Serendipity Weddings has been so incredibly busy that we were not able to take our normal breaks during this past off seasons as we did not get one. No vacations, no family reunions, no time away. Realizing that our supposed slow time has come and gone and we never got slow, we are about to head into busy season again for the holidays. 

We are currently seeking a one of a kind Personal Assistant that can step in, be a fast learner, willing to actually listen, respect the current staff. Someone that can give us that peace of mind that makes me feel I can take time away and know the job is still getting done. 

Top requirements: Honesty, Loyalty, Confidentiality, Reliability, Professionalism. 

Must be amazing at keeping up with our facebook, blog posts, our forums and transferring information over. Assisting with assigning wedding teams based on fairness and client request. Some landscaping ,color changes and texturing of venues and items. Overseeing appointments. Contacting guests we missed and showing them around. 

All of this while providing a daily report back to management each day. It is preferred you set up an office on our sim so you can keep track of guests that land and staff that assists. Pay will be discussed and based on experience.

We take following instructions VERY seriously. Oh last thing.... Weddings are done on weekends. Sorry, if you are not available to watch over the sim on Weekends, this is NOT the right job for you.
