Full Private Island for sale

20k prims

$195 tier due on the 28th of each month.  

Selling price is $1400 which includes the $600 transfer fee, and passes along the grandfathered tier of $195/month.

Sim is connected to the 4 Depoz sims, so buyer should be aware moving it will be necessary.

Need to sell ASAP, hopefully prior to Feb 28 tier billing.
