Seeking buyer to purchase my grandfathered full private region currently set at 30,000 prims. Monthly cost $225 per month. If lowered to 20,000 prims during transfer, will cost buyer $30 up front and $195 per month.

Cost to buyer: $600 transfer fee plus BEST OFFER purchase fee. Will take best offer by November 14th. Transfer will occur after this date.

Next monthly land tier payment date is November 28th.

The sim has no tenants and will be cleared.
