Position of prims offset on avatar?

Hi

 

I've created some sculpted cuffs for my outfit, they are textured and ready, I've attached them to my avatar whilst on a pose stand and have fitted them correctly, the problem is when I stand up from the pose stand - the prims are offset from my avatar by about 1 meter ?

 

I have tried re attaching them as suggested by a friend but the offset issue remains.... ?

it would appear that you have them attached to the wrong sides....

make sure to change your ruler mode to "attachment" after attaching them and move the nearer to the 0 point =)
