Phoenix Falls is a breedable friendly, primarily residential estate nestled in the flooded valley with mountain views.
There are a number of community areas for the residents, their guests and visitors to enjoy which currently include the Zen Phoenix Temple, Meeroo Island and Caverns, The Boat House with canoeing and The Light House. These amenities do change from time to time but the areas are open to all residents and visitors year-round based on the season or holiday.
Phoenix Falls is primarily Spring/Summer most of the year, fall and winter do come to visit annually. Celebrating the changing colors of fall leading up to Halloween and Thanksgiving, to the snowy days with ice-covered water ways for sledding and skating though the Christmas holiday.
