I search a new support for my store.

At this time I am no longer capable of managing all the incoming support requests, because there is so much on my to do list.
Also, the fact that I am not a native english speaker makes it even more difficult for me.
I am searching for an assistant who is able to be friendly and active. Experience would also be beneficial.
