Tips for posting from an IPad, anyone?

I just got my first iPad, and I am having a heck of a time posting to this forum. First, when I get to the main screen and try to select "Forums" it does not seem to register my selection. I had to try. Several times, and when I finally made it, I am not sure how. Second, I can't just post. It seems I can only post using the HTML tab. Is this normal? Any tips and tricks for iPad and SL forum usage? Thanks

I am not sure, I am not an Apple fan but I believe that Ipad does not support flash nor java, if this is true you should expect to have some problems with some websites.

Congrats on your iPad!

I have not had issues with selecting links on the community, but you are absolutely right; you have to write HTML to be able to post to any section on the community. There is more info there that you may want to read.

Links, as far as I've seen, works ok. Does it help to zoom in before clicking the link? It could be that the click target is to small to register when you are zoomed out.

Thank you! I did try the zoom for links, but still had some issues - but I may just need time to get a the feel for using touch vs mouse. :-)

It might be that you just need some practice. Saw you also posted in the thread I linked to. Like you say, it is funny if SLU manage to make the rich text editor work and not LL.
