I have available a 1/4 lot with 5000 prims on  a private adult sim. I rent out a 1/4 of the sim and we use the balance. There is low traffic, no lag issues. We are not interested in commercial bussines and private tenants.

I can help with terraforming, landscaping and housing it needed.

Asking 4750L per week.
