Metaverse Rockstar Auditions!

Metaverse Rockstar is being launched by Wild Entertainment TV for the 2017/2018 season and will consist of ten episodes. Auditions will take place Saturday February 25th and will be held at the WET studios (http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Toria/236/187/1004) .. Auditions will run from 1 to 4 pm slt but arrive early if you want to make sure you are seen by our judges.

Contestants will be asked to sing (via voice) a song of their choosing for 90 seconds. Songs can be TOP 40, R&B, Pop, Broadway, Rock, or Country.

Ten contestants will be selected to continue on to performance round and each week ONE (1) contestant will be eliminated until a winner is selected. The performance rounds will begin March 4th and run until May 6th 2017.

Judges will critique all performers on their voice and stage presence only. Performers will be asked to perform via a stream over SAM broadcaster or a broadcasting program of their choice. If you do not have a stream, stream information will be provided for competition purposes only.

The winner will receive $100,000L provided by WET and exclusive one (1) year contract with Calming Utopia Management as an offshoot of Wild Entertainment Television.

The winner will be expected to perform at various events for WET under their agreement with Calming Utopia Management.

The official website for Metaverse Rockstar will launch this March 2017. Contestants will be asked to create a brief biography and head shot photo for the website.
