Hey ya'll! I just wanted some assitance on some good latex shader settings, and studio setup. I'm pretty ohkayy with my bake as it is, but I feel like there is still some major room for improvment.

I use 3ds max with Vray and just 2 or so Vray IES light (or omni light i guess, forgot the name, but it looks like  a spotlight icon)

And then the plain white studio background.

I'm reccentely obessed with this shader by RealEvil Industries https://www.flickr.com/photos/126581417@N03/29608584973

And i really would like to know how to improve on my shader, or if anyone with a good shader themeslves would like to share screenshots of their studio setup, and maybe shader settings?

I read something about using a sphere with a white shader applied onto it and stuff. I guess like something for the latex to bounce off of instead of just the lights?

Is the omni light a good way to go? Are plane lights a no no for latex shading, or better? I just would like to achieve this level of amazing latex haha.
