Illusionz Nightclub at Port Morgan sim is looking for hardworking individuals. If your looking for a an opportunity that could blossom into something more in the future then you might want to check out what Illusionz has to offer. Illusionz Nightclub is set in a classy environment set for those who are looking for the good virtual like in SL.

We have some jobs for new people looking for work. Positions and pay are commensurate with experience:

 

• Event Host/Hostess - responsible for planning and executing Events throughout the month such as Foxy Boxing, Cage Fighting, etc....Will work with club manager to come up with scheduled events throughout the month. Depending on how involved person for this job gets and how experienced they are determines how much they are paid.

• Games Host/Hostess - responsible for socializing with the customers...try and get a good game of poker, blackjack, greedy going! Keep the game area active. Depending on how involved person for this job gets and how experienced they are determines how much they are paid.

• Floor Host/Hostess-- responsible for pulling people into the dance floor and club. Active Host for all activities to work closely with the DJ that is working. Depending on how involved person for this job gets and how experienced they are determines how much they are paid.

• Bartender - Low paying job to socialize with people at the bar. Depending on how involved person for this job gets and how experienced they are determines how much they are paid.

• Security - will not need until club starts seeing more activity, but we have a role that will fit the right person and we can train them in the security practices of Illusionz Nightclub to ensure our patrons have a good time.

Professional Positions Needed - experience and reliability are a must have. Those with no experience do not apply...we will know the first week if you do not have the experience. Both of these positions will provide an apartment during your employment with Illusionz Nightclub after your first week trial.

 

• Club Manager - Responsible for ensuring the club runs smoothly. Responsible for hiring and firing. Manages and trains all employees and ensures they have what they need to do their jobs. Managers responsibility to ensure that there are reliable employees. If employee doesn't show the Manager should be prepared with backup plans. It is expected that this person will be available to all employees during club hours. Starting pay L$1000/wk + 5% of profits made from events, club tips split, and Managers keep 100% of their own tips. The apartment is set in a really nice classy area of Port Morgan. Good for the right experienced employee. Must be reliable and willing to work with a growing club. Illusionz grows and the opportunity for you to grow falls right in line. First week will determine if your the right fit. If so then apartment will be provided.

• DJ - Responsibility for providing entertainment in the club on a scheduled basis. Starting pay L$200/hr (6 hours a week required) + 100% tips + apartment. Good for the right experienced employee. The apartment is set in a really nice classy area of Port Morgan. Illusionz grows and the opportunity for you to grow falls right in line. First week will determine if your the right fit. If so then apartment will be provided.

For those wanting to get a start in managing (Assistant Managers) and DJing we will work with you but we need people that are reliable for these positions. While learning your jobs you will be at a lower pay until you get experienced enough for professional wages. A lot depends on how reliable anyone is for all positions listed.

We heavily advertise the events that take place throughout the month so your guaranteed a big crowd, but it is every employees responsibility to help retain those who come to visit our club. Those who work hard will be compensated accordingly.
