problems with inventaram

I have a problem with the game. my inventory was missing 2 folders with things. I was looking for them everywhere, but nowhere. along with these things, which were in those deleted folders has completely disappeared of my outfits. how can I restore these folders ?

Having a problem alike but i tried everything they tell us to do. If you are using firestorm, they have a page of what to do (didnt work for me but who knows, maybe it will work for you)
