Builders call! Interested in making steampunk/fantasy victorian era themed buildings and items!?

So it is what it says, for the last two years a friend and I have been trying to build a steampunk themed sim. The base is a giant floating city in the shape of a peacock which we have been doing with platforms mostly [doesn't look perfect but we try] 

The issues came up on buildings, all over sl we looked and tried to hire builders to no luck. Trying to match the textures and having themed buildings has been impossible sadly.  We aim for a steampunk old english victorian theme with plenty of magic and fantasy. The city is zoned as The Elite, Business and Slums/Factories and the Park [A zoo that got out of hand and took over a massive part of the city] Of course airships and other methods of flight from the skies with random ground transportion, say, steam trains!. The whole city slowly flies over the land towing smaller farming islands behind it. Parts of the city are in disrepair as things break down and fall apart, Overgrown/Junk areas randomly will dot places. Steam vents and cracks etc.

What we look for, but not limited too

Hotel

Shops/homes

Large apartments/Business buildings

Townhouses

Misc Shops, the stranger the better

Factories

Random city items, Fantastically and unrealistic looking buildings are more then welcome. Got scripted wandering items that fit theme? Bring it over!

We aim for as low prim/mesh as possible so as can fit as much in as we can, that being said fillers that match other things around them. The biggest thing is we want different areas to match up as much as possible rather then the strange hodgepodge we have now. For all items we add in we pay fairly for mod/copy. If you wish to sell said item later not an issue at all.
