Script & Animation Developer

I want to talk to a Second Life developer that can create a HUD that has several posses\animations, simple actions such as saluting or holding a staf (long stick vertically held with elbow bent at 90 degress). Possible 12 to 15 animations needed all available in a HUD.

Would like to have a developer to help develop initial requirements and then add and tune over time.

This is not a commercial project, it is non profit and has some charity aspects to it, but also appraciate good talent needs to be paid for.
