Full Perm Script

To all you wonderful scripters, i would like to hire someone to make me a full perm script.

This is what i need, i want a tipjar script that when tipped will poof particles, like hearts, fairy dust ect.

I would like a menu driven script where i can choose what particle to use like hearts, dust, ect, so that way if i use 

this in my builds,  and nobody has to fiddle with script to change parameters  unless its me:) Also the tipper must have in the menu , a way to turn off totals, plus have name of owner and thank you message in private im to donor ect ect...
