Full Sim for Sale (or Rent)

Full sim for sale (or rental), name: Isola Gavia.  

Grandfathered sim, has been rented by a land company for a couple years, however, they have trouble paying tier on time, nor do they seem to take seriously that tier needs to be paid ontime - it was billed 10/5/16.  I have messaged the contact at the land company, but received no reply.  

There are several tenants on the sim currently.  

I am no longer active in SL, and probably never will be again to the degree that I was but have held onto it for sentimental reasons ;)  silly, but there it is.

Looking for $300 or best offer, plus transfer costs, all of which to be done through SL.  If I can't sell it, nor rent it for its cost ($195/prorated for the first month since tier date is past), I suppose it's time to return it to SL.
