Well, except of reporting this, I will like to add here my comments,

so the new members of SL will not be wrong informed, until SL will act.

This advertisement is fake.

The parcel they offering has NOTHING to do with protected lands.

Yes the price is good for 4096m L$3000 but even that is a fake. There are not any 4096m parcels there where their LM sends me and also the land seems to belong to a well know rental company of SL , so that means there have no rights to sell that parcel and actually, the parcel is not listed for sale.

DO NOT pay any money to this.

P.S. I keep the rights to believe that the OP wasnt aware what means protected land and also they wasnt aware thyat they DO NOT have rights to sell other peoples properties and so , I am not blame them for scam. I just blanme them for ignorance of the law.
