Lags Blackscreen Disconnects

I have a big problem my SL has every time when i log in is all normal but after some minutes i have blackscreens  lags my pc hast then laggs and is then very slow i use the Secondlive Viewer Version 4.0.5.315117 is the newest version  all my drivers are the newest version to but i have no idea where the problem is can anyone help more or have a idea whats the problem is ?
