Saludos aunque quitaste el firewall puede que tu antivirus tengo el anvirus karpersky x3.bloquea la parte del programa en el visor oficial que permite transmitir voz, yo tengo el mismo problema en el visor oficial, puedes intentar con otro visor por si persiste,
