RLV Script Needed

Good Morning,

 

I'm looking to commission an RLV script, what is most likely a very simple one.  I'd like to have a script that through RLV, takes control of your windlight for an hour and changes it(the original goal was to make everything on screen a shade or two brighter, I thought windlight would be the best way to do this, but I may be mistaken, and am open to ideas..), then at the end of the hour changes it back.
