Trying to figure out the real term for the parcel I am renting out.

Hello I just wanted to clear things up for myself by asking a quick question. What do you call a small parcel with a house already placed on it for rent? Also sincei came to my curiosity. How do you make your house and stuff u placed in the land for the tendant none removable by the tendant.

You basically have a house for rent. Similar to the skyboxes you see for rent. Don't be surprised if it still costs you more than you can take in, considering vacancies through high turnover and low land rental costs.

If you are renting and not selling the land, nobody can move your objects unless you give them edit rights.
