WANTED: A Scripter to script me a script

Afternoon everyone, I'm looking for someone to either make for me or point me in the direction where there would be a vendor that behaves like a book in that it displays a random item per page. You left click on the page and it displays the next item in a list like a book. Your right click on the page and it lets you buy. I spent the last few hours trying to build one and it turned into a mess, so letting someone else take a crack at it. Budget for this is 0 and needs to be full perm. Don't knock my  request, all my money goes into rent and pulling money from a credit card or paypal is out of the question.
