Scripter Needed!

I am looking for someone to create a script package that streams specific videos from adult websites (not YouTube). Ideally, I'd like to be able to create a playlist that I can edit when needed, the videos play straight through the playlist and then loops back to the beginning of the list to start the videos over. What I have found seems to be TVs with YouTube players built in and that will not serve our purpose - my design ideas are not very strict, I just want to find the best way to stream the adult content that I want into my little theater.
