I'm looking into getting my own region soon, How do I go about finding designers to help me make my imagination for my region come true? :) Or how do I go about finding staff, and much more. For to find designers you simply need to ask them. To do that you simply start a new thread at the correct category:

https://community.secondlife.com/t5/Inworld-Employment/bd-p/InworldEmployment

and describe what you want to do and also if you want, what you willing to pay. Or ask them to IM you and talk about all that in private.

Same you do by starting another thread in the same category asking for employees.
