my sl viewer keeps cutting out without warning or error messages

i joined a few days ago. the first day was fine except abit of lag when there was 30 people or more in a location. yesterday i kept having a problem with slplugin.exe, managed to find a solution to that but today my sl viewer is shutting down randomly (anything from the second i log in to a full half hour of playing). i tried looking for an answer but cant find any solutions. ive totally deleted the viewer and redownloaded and installed it but its still happening (today), its exempted on all 3 of my firewalls (which i done yesterday). i turned the graphics option from medium (which it automatically put me on) to low but hasnt helped.

my specs are all on or above recommended

if anyone can help i would be very greatful. thanks in advance
