Looking to pay for a custom avatar!

Hey so I've been wanting to get back into SL after being away for many years, but I'm really terrible at making avatars.  Is this the right place to try and find someone who is much much better at that sort of thing?  I'm able to pay using PayPal and have even drawn up a reference to use, I hope it's enough but if more is needed that's fine so feel free to let me know!

It's probably not too complicated but I can never get this stuff right and would be way more comfortable finding someone with the knowledge and experience to create an avatar for me instead.  If anyone is free to do this just let me know if you have a usual price or cost for these things.
