I can't log in to the veiwer but i'm able to log in the site help?

i can't log in at all

yes i did refresh etc. 

i even change my password just in case of hackers

i can only log in the main website but not the veiwer 

this keeps poping up an yes i check my password if the site logs me in the veiwer should as well but yet here i am asking wtf ?

Yes. And I can log into a SL page and Marketplace but not with the viewer.

anyway i just made a alt guy an i log in with him

Are you stuck at "Updating friends list"?

 

If so it is a problem that occurs to many residents since around 20-22 Dec. It is specific to the account, no way to log in whatever viewer you might try (with this account). See https://jira.secondlife.com/browse/BUG-11032

 

Try to submit a support ticket https://support.secondlife.com/create-case/ but don't keep your hopes high... more than two weeks now this problem exists and LL doesn't even seem to notice there is a problem in the first place...
