Hello.

I am afraid this isnt as discribed.

I went there and tried to access blake sea and it was impossible.

The parcel is far away from the protected water and there are several private properties between this parcel and blake sea.

And also when its described as waterfront, they mean that they terraform the parcel it self to make it water. There is no protected waterfront in any case. A better description could be waterland.
