Having trouble uploading a photo into Viewer 2!

I  remember when puting a profile picture of your avatar was a simple process. Just drag and drop the texture from your inventory into you profile...... NOT LIKE THAT NO MORE!

So I had to do the new route by saving the snapshot to my HD. I saved it into 2 differnet formats .jpg .png. Just in case one didn't work. The file size for both are way below the 5mb max upload for SL as well. But everytime I try to upload the snapshot I get an error message telling me, "We're sorry, but something went wrong." It says this for both the formats that I try to upload. So my question is, I'm I doing something wrong or is this just a glitch in the new viewer?

The viewer is very picky with pathnames and file names
