CSR's Wanted for New Breedable Company Launching November 18th

Safari Breedables is launching November 18th and we are looking for experienced CSR's. 

Job Duties: Assist users in group and private chat with questions about products, troubleshooting solutions and filing tickets for injured or lost elephants. Monitoring and moderation of group chat. Monitoring and updating support tickets. Communicating with the Safari Breedables team about problems or issues.

Requirements:

1. Speak, read and write English fluently.
2. Have a positive and professional attitude and demeanor. 
3. Strong knowledge of Second Life functions such as search, inventory management, permissions settings and navigation.
4. Ability to follow rules and instructions.
5. Respect individual and company privacy needs.
