Sit script

I would like to know if someone could please create a script, that allows like 4 to 5 sit animations on the same object.

 

Menu driven where people can click and change animations while sitting on the object, like meditate, side sit, relax,sleep,

chill... plus instructions on how to setup notecard any help would be apprciated....or maybe when you click on the object and you choose a diffrent animation it will place you on a tree ect... ty in advance
