Seeking mesh avatar designer

Greetings forum, it feels kind of strange finally posting here, I can't remember the last time I've done so in the past 6 years.

I'm on the hunt for a mesh modeler for hire to create a fully rigged avatar. I'm particularly interested in getting a price quote, as my request is a little interesting. Here's the concept:

I haven't seen many "serivices" around for this sort of thing, but I imagine they would be hard to find anyway. Looking forward to hearing what comes up!
