LOOKING FOR MESH BUILDER

Hey there, 

 

  I am the current owner of Pink Gentlemen's Lounge. We've been searching for a custom builder to make a club for us. We are currently on 1/4 of a sim and we have a few shops, so the building would need to fit on about 1/8 of a sim. Maybe a bit more if needed. Our budget is reasonable. The things we would NEED in the building are: 

- a stage or 4 to 6 mini stages 

- an adboard room 

- a hotel lobby 

- a backstage dressing room 

- a femdom "piggy" room 

- 2, closed off, lap dance rooms 

- a bar area 

 

The things we would LIKE in the building are:

- a pink/gray/black/white color scheme 

- a dj booth area, possibly raised 

- preferably one level club (it seems to work out the best for guests) 

- a design that fits our style
