Parts of People simply won't load.

So I have a few friends that are trying to get me into Second Life, but I'm constantly enraged by parts of avatars not loading, no matter how long I wait.  I'm running on AMD 8350 Eight core. At 4.00 GHz With an AMD Radeon R9 200 series graphics card. 

This is what it looks like. Help me please, thank you in advance.

Things that might work:

• Download and install the latest drivers for your graphics card.
• Go to your viewer’s graphics preferences, and switch the “Hardware skinning” setting (off if you had it on, or vice versa).
