how do i dump one LL home so i can get a different one?

i anmwoanting to  let a place go for another place.  is ti possible to let  the property  go and get a new one and if so how do i do that?  can anyone  help me with that?

To change your choice of Linden Home type, you must abandon your current Linden Home and then register for a new one from your dashboard, exactly the same way you chose the first one. To abandon your Linden Home, stand inside it:

 

1. Choose World > About Land and click the General tab.
2. Click Abandon Land. (Don't forget to pick up all your own stuff back to your inventory before doing that)
   After you confirm your choice, the land is removed from your account.

 Now if you wish, you can register for another Linden Home.

 

Warning: Please use this reasonably: if you abandon and choose a new Linden Home five times in 24 hours, you are temporarily blocked from choosing another. You will need to wait 24 hours before registering again.
