I have a 2480 sq. meter parcel that is a full rectangle of 36x64, with a portion that goes to 40 on the depth. The parcel has Linden road access for a portion of the parcel, with possible options of purchasing the rest of the road access from me later if desired. The parcel allows for 567 prims. The price on the parcel is L$5000. The portion of road access that is not part of the parcel also belongs to me, and is intended for a prim buffer for another parcel nearby, so you won't have to worry about obstructions between your parcel and the road.

If the attached parcel that follows the road curve is needed, I could probably add that to the sale for a little more if needed. If the parcel appeals, you will want to pick it up soon. Tier date comes up in about 2 days, after which I'll likely be taking it back off sale.
