Hi, my avatar is locked and can't walk, I can sit on poseball and teleport to other places but every time when I get up, I go back to the starting point. also bounce seems crazy and move continuously and the colors of chat have changed from normal. I tried to remove all attachment. Can you help me? (I used google translate, sorry)

Hello Moana. You didn't say when these issues started but my guess is that they could be caused by this:
