Can't send in Firestorm Crash Reports due to servers being down.

Dear Everyone,

Hi! My name is Kimmie Banufong and I'm having a login issue with Firestorm Viewer.  Whenever I try to login to Firestorm the Firestorm Crash Logger comes up and I choose to send the report. Then immediately afterwards I get an error message saying: Could not connect to servers logs not sent.  As a result of this I am unable to login to Firestorm and don't know what to do to fix the problem.  Can anyone help me with this issue please? hi

log on to the firestorm web site and read the clean install section.

you may need to reinstall your viewer.

also you could connect your computer to your hub with a wire

your wireless may not be up to secnd life, the game is very demanding on the connection.

or you may just need to restart the hub

shut it off wait 5 mins, and then restart it.
